Ghosts By the Coast is a family-owned and operated business. The Costals, a family of seven, have been Ocean City locals for the past 16 years. Joe is an award-winning writer, speaker and teacher, with over two decades experience at Stockton University & Oakcrest High School. When Jenn hung up "fairy godmother" wings at Walt Disney World, she became an educational media specialist serving as a librarian for the Wildwood school district.

When their son Charlie is not guiding ghost tours, he is a sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he is an admissions tour guide. Charlie is also a professional film & stage actor.
